Reservation conditions:

- For booking of apartments you must fill the form. You may find this form on the every page of our apartments. Also you can send your request to our e-mail address.  Our e-mail you may find in the “contact us”

- Compulsory condition of booking an apartment is one day prepayment. You can do it by internet using a credit card. Money transfer by credit card through internet are protected by high-level security system.

 - Minimum term of booking is 3 night

- Payment must be done in 2 days after paymnet link was sent

Ways of making the payment after arriving:

- Cash only

- Payment must be done in arriving day

Necessary information for settling and apartment reservation:

- Check-in time is considered after 14.00. If the apartment is free so you can settle there without paying the rest. 

- Check-out time is considered before 12.00. If you wish to stay more than upper mentioned time so you should inform us and make the payment the day before settlement. 

- If a chosen by you apartment in the pointed period is already taken we will offer you a similar accommodation (maybe in different variants).

- In case cancellation or changing of your reservation the first payment is not to be returned  if you don’t inform us more then 10 days before your arriving.
